• The content of their advertisements and profiles
• Ensuring everything they post is legal in India and in their own location
• Having the explicit consent of every person whose image, name or details appear in their ad
• Complying with all Indian laws and local regulations

What we do NOT allow (Acceptable Use Policy – Summary) The following are strictly prohibited on easyescorts.in:

• Any content involving persons under 18 (zero tolerance – reported to authorities)
• Non-consensual images or “revenge porn”
• Images of real (not simulated) sexual intercourse, visible genitals, extreme nudity
• Extreme pornography (non-consensual acts, animals, necrophilia, serious injury)
• Content promoting or offering services to minors / paedophilia
• Ads offering payment for sexual acts in exchange for money (prostitution-related wording that violates Indian law)
• Sale of drugs, weapons, medications
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, discrimination
• Offering virtual-only sexual services (sexting, webcam shows, paid calls, subscription content)
• Links to external sales platforms, WhatsApp groups, payment links for content
• Ads in languages other than English
• More than 3 free advertisements per week per account (unless using paid promotion)
• Promoting suicide, self-harm, money laundering, gambling, Ponzi schemes

Reporting illegal or abusive content If you see anything that breaks these rules, please report it immediately: abuse@easyescorts.in For privacy / misuse of images / personal data: privacy@easyescorts.in

We review every report seriously and may remove content, request age/ID verification, or permanently ban accounts.

Age & Identity Verification To publish ads, Offeror Users may be asked to verify their age and identity through our trusted partner easyescorts . This helps us maintain a safe, adult-only platform in line with Indian legal expectations.

Paid Services (for Offeror Users) Paid promotions and featured placements are available to increase visibility. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider — their terms apply to the transaction. No refunds are given if we remove content or ban an account for breaking these Terms. In very exceptional cases we may (at our sole discretion) offer site credit instead of refund.

Limitation of Liability easyescorts.in and Sofyan Ltd are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or legality of user advertisements
• Any agreements, meetings or services between users
• Any loss of profits, data, reputation, business interruption
• Any indirect, punitive or consequential damages

Our maximum liability (when not excluded by law) is capped at:

• For Paid Services: the higher of fees paid in the last 12 months or  Free
• For free use: Free

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to the Site We may change the design, features, availability or rules of easyescorts.in at any time without prior notice. No compensation or refund is payable for such changes or temporary downtime.
